“Last time i got the universal cleaner it came with bottle and cloth
I didn't want 3 boxes of the dish washer cubes
I had to wash a few thing again
Maybe it wasn't clear enough what i was getting
why would i want 2 extra boxes when i haven't used one

“As a long term fan of the universal cleaner (it continues to be effective), I thought I'd branch out and try the Koh Dishwasher Tablets... boy do I regret that decision. So far, every third tablet fails to dissolve, meaning I need to wash again with another tablet and hope for the best... on the times the tablets do dissolve, they have a tendency to leave a powdery residue over the items in the bottom rack of the dishwasher.”
Thank you for your review. I'm sorry to hear you are not seeing desired results with our Dishwashing tablets. I would recommend placing the tablet at the bottom of your dishwasher (rather than your dish draw) as well as using a warmer cycle. Let us know how you go!
