My mop was leaking and the bottle was replaced straight away. Unfortunately, the mop was still leaking and after letting Koh know about this problem another part was delivered within a couple of days and a video via email of how to fix this problem. All has ended well and the mop is back in use. Many thanks”

My dishes come out filthy.
It was later suggested by the Koh team that I place them in the bottom of my dishwasher ratger than where they should go.
It was also suggested I put the dishwasher on the heavy duty longer washing cycle.
No thankyou.
If the tablet flings up and damages the washer blades my warranty will not cover the damage.
I have always used dishwasher powder and only ever used a quick fast wash on eco program to save on water and electricity consumption, and always had sparkling clean dishes.
Why would I risk damaging the washer blade, use an extra hour of electricity and far more water? No thankyou.
(I'm also on a rual property on tank water supply).
The only other option I was given was to pay for postage to return the products. Which will be expensive for two boxes to return. I ended up giving them away.

Thank you for your review. I’m sorry to hear you are not seeing desired results with our Dishwashing tablets. I would recommend placing the tablet at the bottom of your dishwasher (rather than your dish draw) as well as using a warmer cycle. I hope that helps!
