Our dish Tablets are very favourably reviewed with a current 4.6/5 Stars, however we do accept that for a small number of our customers our Dish tablets don't appear to be compatible. In those instances we're absolutely happy to offer you a full refund - all you need to do is send us an email at careau@koh.com with your corresponding order ref number and brief outline of this issue and that you'd like a refund and we'll get that sorted out for you straight away.

Sorry to hear you have had this experience. Please check and make sure you’re using a fresh, dry clean pad. Pads last about an average room’s worth before they need washing and won’t hold additional cleaning solution.
