“I’ve been a customer of Koh for a long time and love your universal cleaner. So I was quite excited to try this special offering me a chance to use so many other products. I started with the kitchen grease remover and put it into the former as instructed. frankly it’s terrible. It does not remove grease well and indeed actually is much worse at cleaning my glass cooktop than the universal cleaner is. All that happens is that when you go to wipe off the foam, it smears grease. all over the glass cooktop. it’s really difficult to get the cooktop looking clean. I feel a bit despondent because I’ve now noticed that the bathroom cleaner also claims to be able to remove kitchen grease etc. And so one wonders whether or not that is exactly the same product in a different package? It also has to go into a farmer, so if I want to use it, I’ve got to buy another of these devices. Why does it have to foam? what is so magical about foam? I love the universal cleaner. I love the laundry sheets, I love the dishwasher cubes, but feel very let down by the kitchen grease remover. I’m not going to rush out and buy another foamer until I can get some assurances from you that the bathroom cleaner will actually work better than the universal cleaner does.”
Hi Judy, thanks so much for your thoughtful feedback. You’re absolutely right the Kitchen Grease & Oil Cleaner is a foaming formula and it does need rinsing after use unlike Universal Cleaner. The foam aerates the cleaner covering more area with less product, reducing waste. It’s also a thicker formula designed to cling better to greasy surfaces.
