“I am not impressed with the quality of the Universal Cleaner or the Diamond Sponges. Firstly the cleaner didn't really lift any of the grease on my oven trays and then the first sponge I used pretty much broke down in my hands as I was cleaning the oven tray. I feel like I would have been better off sticking to the cheaper sponges I can get at Woolies than spending so much money on a cleaning kit that hasn't really made a difference. I won't be purchasing any more of this product.”

Tiles flat not shiny after use and grout needs extra attention as liquid not strong enough to clean effectively.
Spray jars unable to open so cannot use them.”
