“This is a great kit and I love the fact that you get discount for bundling products. However I’m frustrated that buying replacement products is so much more expensive and I think there is more to be done to encourage repeat purchases by offering flexible bundling discounts.”
“Hi, I ordered the kit in January and was looking forward to using it! I thought the order had gone through. However, I never received the kit and have checked my bank statement and the money has been taken! Over £90!!!

I have emailed you separately and have heard nothing back which is very disappointing, Does your delivery man have any proof of delivery, photo evidence? Did he leave it at the gate in which case it may have been taken? I've waited a week for a reply from you, heard nothing so now sadly I leave my review. The most disappointing thing is that I know the mop works really well and it would have been ideal for our house. I was considering buying another one.”
