“The cleaning solution and cloths as always are really good. The scourers work a treat with stubborn baked on food too and bring up the glass on my cooker beautifully. However the spray bottle is a big disappointment. I tried with all my strength to unscrew the top to fill it with the solution but it wouldn't budge!!! I gave it to various people to try and twist it but they also had no luck. I've emailed twice KOH and Sean emailed back saying the bottles need to be twisted anti clockwise and don't worry about being tough as they can be stubborn Unfortunately it didn't work and I've given up as my hands are getting sore.

It leaves no residue, has no nasty chemical smell being environmentally friendly, AND it does the job(s) brilliantly. The spray dispenser works really well and the product lasts a long time.
