“Hi I'm not very happy with Koh, as I ordered a 1.8L Refill. When I went to pick it up from the Post Office it had leaked out everywhere. The Post Office suggested I should not accept it as it was DAMAGED. They sent it back and I requested a replacement. That was several weeks ago and I have not heard back from them. Can you resend my order as a replacement or reimburse me.”

“I’m a big fan of the cleaner, I’m not however a fan of the new packaging, it is way too hard to fill the atomiser bottle. The box was so much easier for storing in a laundry cupboard and the tap was easy to fill the bottle. Why not a plastic holder that a refill bladder can be placed into. All for recycling etc but…”
