“The Loo Blade was broken when the courier delivered it I did email you pictures of the broken article but you didn't reply.
It was broken because it wasn't packed securely enough and the box was too big therefore when the courier dropped it on the floor the ceramic bottom broke .

“I would recommend the Loo Blade based on its ability to clean down into the U- bend. What it is not so good at is the cleaning under the rim.
I will be buying more in the future.”
“No need to publish! I'm disappointed with the loo blade. I find it really doesn't do as good a job as a brush and requires more effort for the same result. I paid too much for it to just throw it out, so will continue to use it.”
