“I purchased two packets of Universal Cleaner. It is not a cheap product especially when including postage. Neither ever turned up. I have continually tried to contact Koh asking when my order would be delivered. To date I have had zero response. Not even an acknowledgment to my querie. I am totally and utterly disgusted at the company’s attitude and lack of response to their customers enquires. They take your money at the initial request for purchase then it’s impossible to get a response when the product does not arrive. This company is very distrustful.”
