“Actually the product was excellent on stainless steel (oven and dishwasher) but extremely disappointing on our floors. I watched the video and followed the instructions very carefully, including changing the mop head frequently (4 heads to cover our small house last time) but have still found that the product leaves a thin film on the floors which (a) looks slightly cloudy on the polished wooden boards, (b) you can see stroke marks from the mop when light shining on porcelain tiles and (c) shows imprints of bare feet or shoe traffic in the film on the tiles.
I had much better results previously with hot water, white vinegar and a couple of drops (literally) of sugar soap applied with a conventional squeegee mop. Shame because this one was so much easier to use.”
