“So I purchased this lightstick for an upcoming concert to be held on 7/22 , it did arrive on time and although item came bubble wrapped my daughter noticed it was scratched she then began to test it and although it turned on the lights were glitching which has never happened with any other lightstick purchased before from my preferred shop. But due not having enough time to return before the concert I kept it in hopes that this was only occuring in my home. The day of the concert sure enough the glitching continued. Although it was sinc via app as we have done countless of times this lightstick was all over the place. My daughter was highly disappointed and so was I. I still don't know if it's an official lightstick or if I got a faulty one. I wouldn't recommend buying from this shop unless you have ample time to return before date of concert if you notice it glitching the way we did. Money completely wasted.”
