“It was my first time with in-store pickup at K Place. I had a nice experience! Staff was very welcoming! However, when I went to pick up my order. The worker that was helping me, they doubled checked my item's from my order. They accidentally left my Stray Kids Do It Platform ver on the counter after I left. (Accidents happen, it's okay!) I called and explained what happened. The women I spoke to was reassuring, and offered to mail it for me. Which I was super grateful for! :) I received it in perfect condition! However I received the same Fans Shop POB :/ . Overall a nice experience!”
