“Unfortunately, the LE SSERAFIM albums inside were damaged despite the amazing wrapping. Since the outer package arrived in great shape, it seems the items were already damaged before being shipped out. I'm really disappointed with the condition of the albums, but I do appreciate how quickly it arrived and how nicely everything was packed.”
