“The dispenser looked gorgeous but didn't stay on the wall since I opted for tape installation instead of hardware. It fell off within a week, breaking and damaging my tub, but the seller refunded my order, replaced the broken parts, and updated the installation instructions so hopefully no one else runs into this in the future. It's a bummer I can't mount it without drilling into my tile, but I really appreciated the seller's response to my situation and quick action to remediate.”
