“So for total experience is the reason I am putting this so low. The company and their vision the put out is amazing and I approve of totally. My young son love the show and has since he was 3 maybe earlier. And the few produce I have gotten have been amazing...when and if I get them. The process, well now processes, that has been the longest or most difficult is shipping. Not telling the first order I made. This one got to me with the packages ripped open, poorly taped back together and the 2 calenders looked folded in half at an angle. The products looks good but just disfigured...I have put in a complaint but the shipping companies don't take it seriously or have some waiver that allows them to completely pass the buck back to the company it came from. But something is this shipping process has to change.”
