“Tiny $30 candle, $10 more for shipping. Smells like any candle you can pick up anywhere. Order management, customer service and delivery are sub-par. Order was placed and confirmed in Dec with confirmation email saying order would be processed and SHIPPED in 7-10 days. Once that time passed, I emailed to inquire about delivery day. Received an email stating order had not been processed. Tiny, completely ordinary candle arrived Jan 15.
