“I ordered it for myself but it is too simplistic, like a childrens book. Sure I found out some nice things but since they aimed it for kids and adults alike, I did not feel like I reached any revelations as I usally do. This was not the case with the graditude journal that I bought.
I wish there would be a disclaimer that the book is meant for younger audiences.”

“Felt a bit silly going through this one as an adult because "well I obviously know all this", but then again isn't this kinda the point - getting outside the adult box and back to the basics to reignite curiosity? Fun little guide.”
