Would have loved a digital version though, but I do understand the copyright and piracy issue, hope that you guys can find a workaround for this.

“I will start with the fact that I love the product and it's fantastic. The reason this is not 5/5 is the whole experience of getting it in my hands. My first order took about 3 weeks to deliver even though I paid extra for shipping. I closed my eyes on such a long wait precisely because the product is so good.
I decided to re-order 3 more for my family and friends. This time I had to pay 3 times more in shipping (CAD $50+). Delivery took another 2 weeks, but now they are charging brokerage fees of another CAD $50 +. So I end up paying >CAD $100 for delivery of 6 notebooks while experiencing really long wait time.”
