“I watched some YouTube videos about habits, then I read the famous 'Atomic Habits'. I remember being so very motivated, almost overwhelmed with ideas after finishing that book. I wanted to create a whole habit plan. I wanted to create routines for everything. I wanted to analyze everything in my life and try to apply environmental design to it. I was looking for 1% improvements everywhere I could, trying to optimize things. This was great, but what unfortunately happened was that I just became so overwhelmed with options, ideas, and projects that it was paralyzing. I just needed to start small and try to not let my big ambitions get in the way of making a purposeful start.
This product is absolutely perfect for that. The pace is slow enough that I won't get ahead of myself. The information and tutorials remind me of a lot of the habit theory I have learned. Overall, I am hoping to get a good head-start into my habits journey through this product, and that I am able to continue the practice and get back to all of my big ideas once I have completely filled out this journal.
Brilliant work Kurzgesagt team. Thank you for all of the positive vibes. From Australia, keep it up~!”
“Excellent quality from the feel and look — the book cover looks amazing on the desk. The science insights and step-by-step instructions are an easy and idiot-proof way to change your life.”
“Everything is beautiful and of very good quality, I made the order as a gift for my husband who is a fan of the channel and the package arrived in Mexico very quickly! (I'm using google translator since I don't know English haha”
“I love this Habit Journal--it'll be the perfect gift for my hubby's birthday coming up in October. It's bound well and formatted impeccably. He's going to love it.”
“High quality paper, beautiful formatting, interesting “behind the science” that resonates with what I’ve read and heard about behavior change and habit forming. Exactly as pictured and described! Small reminder that this journal will not fix larger underlying issues and to recognize those and seek professional help as appropriate.”
