I am normally happy for my life and what I do, but it's a nice way to rethink your day and write down what the highlight of your day was

As a psychologist, I consider this gratitude journal to be the best I have found out there. It explains more things than most, contains little extra exercises and occasional changes in the instructions, and has a last section where you can list particularly good moments. All this makes it stay fresh throughout the writing. I have recommended it to patients, and have used some exercises in therapy (for example the I-did-it list). I have just finished one myself after 2 years, and it does change a bit the way you look at life, especially when you manage to complete a page after a tough day. I would love to see it translated into other languages! If you need any help with a Spanish or French translation let me know

Really love the journal, I like how smart it is and how minimal it is in terms of horoscope-esque quotes etc. The science breaks are really great too

Love this journal :) use it almost every day since i've gotten it! I noticed it really makes a difference in my mood. I have issues with feeling like I am missing out on life or not giving enough appreciation to the small moments and it really helps me get grounded and reflect on the day. Sometimes I feel like I don't practice gratitude enough or I should be happier about the bad moments but the book (especially in the beginning) really helps you not to feel judged or pressured. Also love the illustrations and design!
