“I collect these pins and just missed this one when it came out. I looked for it online since the initial release but the prices from private sellers were really ridiculous. When it re-released I was so excited for the chance to get one to finally complete my collection. Unfortunately, the cardboard backing was bent which ruins the collectors quality and takes away from the display. It does not appear to be a shipping issue as the shipping package was intact and not bent. I reached out to customer service and asked if I could exchange or buy a new one but was told that it was not an option. I am very disappointed in how this turned out after waiting so long. On a more positive note, the customer service representative was pleasant in his email and gave me a 10% refund.”
