“The paper quality is good, thick and durable. The print itself is gorgeous in color. The glow in the dark feature is as expected. It is a nice touch. The size of the poster seemed smaller than I anticipated, although I did not check those measurements before making the purchase. I placed the order for this poster along with two 2024 calendars, a pair of space socks and an earth plushie on December 13, 2023. The poster arrived after Christmas (I was aware), but before he had to return out of state. We did not receive three other items I purchased in the same order as this poster. I sent an email via customer service who replied on December 28 with an apology and a request for my understanding and patience over warehouse processing issues. I waited until today, January 11, 2024 to contact support again using the same email thread. This evening, I received an automated email showing that my remaining purchases are being processed for shipment now. I did not receive any further communication in regards to my order. This was the first time I placed an order with this company. I must admit I had higher hopes that customer service would be just as stellar as the quality of the product they sell and their YouTube videos. I currently work in retail and understand most of the mishaps in this business. Alas, I find myself disappointed and writing a diatribe of a fond review. My son truly loved receiving it as a gift and that is all that matters to me. We both adore the YouTube channel.”
