“As someone with ADHD I take half and feel very calm, if I'm home it's very easy to fall asleep or stay in bed watching movies. Also as someone who works out soreness is minimal and recovery is quicker than usual. I do notice I'm more tired than usual if I take a whole one and have things to do but the tiredness is very calming and anxiety and stress is minimized so it is worth it. Just try different portions and see what works best for you.”
