“They definitely give me the energy and focus to do my house work and cooking. I’ve only taken them 2 times and the first time I only took the recommended dose of 1 and had no effects whatsoever so I took 3 the next day which is close to my normal intake and got way more energy than normal. But I don’t think it curbs my munchies much. Definitely will buy more and use on days I want help for housework or things like that!!!”
