“I was very excited to try these! I take one at 7:30am and I will say I did feel it delayed and suppressed my appetite for a bit until noon. It didn’t feel like I had any additional energy or focus which was a bit of bummer because I have a boring job and my mind wanders. No negative effects though and that’s a win for me because many products give me migraines and this did not!”
