“Works great for any needs, I personally like adding it when I add my flavored creamer to my coffee in the morning just the smallest dose to curb my anxiety. Then in the evenings when I am ready to wind down I can do a larger dose or on weekends the max dose for a great time. Definitely has a bitter flavor so experiment with what you like to add it to I have found that hot/warm drinks work best like a tea or hot chocolate or coffee.”
