“I used this for pain in my back of knee that I haven't had a diagnosis for yet and it did help with the pain, the cooling effect is nice. I also used it on my head when I had a migraine and it provided some temporarily relief but be careful to not get into eyes - I don't think it's really for your face but I was in agony. .The cooling helped the migraine as well temporarily. I don't love the consistency like I wish it was a little thicker but overall I'm glad I purchased it.”
