“Aside from the pouf not being in my delivery, the shower gel seems to work. I don't currently have a pouf due to my home flooding but was able to lather enough suds for Soaked to work... And yes it seems like the more bubbly the more effective, so a pouf definitely helps.
I have 2 herniated discs, sciatica, and a physically painful chronic illness... So if you're looking into similar relief I suggest truly soaking in these suds. It takes away minor issues with the first use but sudsing up a second or third time in the same shower has truly relaxed my body and allowed me to sleep without pain for 6-10hrs. That amount of relief and sleep have been unattainable with medication, tinctures, anything.
