“The labels were of excellent quality, and a pleasure to use. However, the speed of delivery was not as expected. It said on the website that my order would be sent that day by first class post. However, it only arrived a week later. This happened on two occasions. (This was during the busy December season. Perhaps the service is speedier during the rest of the year.)”

Thank you for your lovely review! Your first order was placed on Wed 19th Dec (after 5pm) and the second on Fri 28th Dec. Both were despatched by Royal Mail's first class service according to our service levels (small orders of stocked items despatch same day, Mon-Fri up to 4pm). The first order despatched next day (20th Dec). As your second order was placed during our Christmas Break, it was despatched as soon as we re-opened on Wed 2nd Jan, as advised in our Christmas notice posted online during this time. Royal Mail aim to deliver first class items next day but this is not a guaranteed service level. Around 93% of first class mail does arrive next day, with the remainder taking a few days extra. Around Christmas, first class post can be delayed due to the rapid and extensive increase in the volume of items being despatched and delivered during the Christmas season. We therefore advise customers that while first class items may arrive next day, it is not a guaranteed service. In the run up to Christmas, we also put up an advisory notice to remind customers that first class mail may be delayed and to recommend considering upgrading to our special delivery option (which guarantees delivery by 1pm on the next working day).
