We are sorry to hear that your order has not yet arrived. You order was despatched the day after it was placed via Royal Mail's first class service. Around 93% of first class post arrives next day with the rest usually taking a day or two extra - although it can take five working days for items to arrive. First class is not tracked and so we do ask that customers contact us directly so that we can investigate further on their behalf if items do not arrive.
