Dear Guest We haven't got a paper trail of this via email Robert, so i am not sure whether it was a verbal conversation? We can sort a replacement if the tube is faulty however it is wise to follow these steps. A tube is rarely faulty and it could be the control gear which run the tube in the fitting. Try the one that is working in the fitting to see if that works in the other, If not then its not the tube at fault. Worth trying it the other way round in the other fitting also.
