“I HAVE ALREADY CONTACTED YOU BY EMAIL TO SAY THAT THIS TUBE HAS NEVER WORKED. I HAVE TESTED ALL THE CONNECTIONS & THE FUSES TO MAKE SURER EVERYTHING ELSE IS IN ORDER> THERE IS NO RESPONSE FROM THIS TUBE - NOT EVEN A FLICKER. THE PACKAGING WAS UNDAMAGED. I HAVE OFFERED TO RETURN IT TO YOU IF YOU TELL ME WHERE TO SEND IT & WHICH CARRIER TO USE> I LOOK FORWARD TO A REPLACEMENT PLEAS.E PHONE 01258880627.
