“Quickly identified the product I needed, ordered and paid for it. It was also correctly delivered the next day suitably packaged to avoid damage. However, whilst the transaction seemed to complete online, I received no email confirmation of my order nor was I able to print a copy of my order - only succeeded in printing an offer of a "Norton Order Guarantee" which I chose not to accept. Online chat didn't appear very responsive on the status of my order but advertised telephone number was answered promptly and responder quickly confirmed receipt of my order.”
