“This item does NOT have a uk type shaver socket. It is a European type fitting I understand. The item is therefore wrongly described, although you refunded the item cost I was left with having to pay the return postage which you refused to re-imburse me for. You sales agent was not helpful.”

“The light is very good but I am disappointed to have been sold a device described as a "shaver light" when the shaver socket is not compatible with any shaver plug I have ever seen. Regards, Matthew Lovering”
