“It is really irritating to be asked for a product review when the product still hasn't been shipped. So, FedEx tracking states that on 01/09/2025 (a day after the order was placed) a shipping label was created but they are yet to receive the shipment. I didn't pay for fastest delivery just standard, but it was with the expectation the "in stock" products would be here in a couple of days which is not the case. Couriers are an unnecessary expense when there is no trade off of speed. I would rather have paid much less for a more cost effective service given that my £20 order cost £10 to ship and is not even on its way?”
