“After a 5 minute re-wiring job on the light fitting, this perfectly replaced the old Crompton Fluorescent 1449mm T5 35W light. This is the second time I ordered this from Lampshop online - the first one arrived undamaged, but the second one was broken on arrival. Lampshop online sent a replacement very promptly, but this was also broken. The replacement for the replacement was also sent promptly and was undamaged. So top marks for customer service, maybe not so for packing / delivery.”
