“Promised delivery Wednesday before 6pm. Residential address so had to wait in all day..no delivery. Went on FedEx site and saw driver had reported incorrect address. The address is correct and has been since 1947! No problem with other deliveries in the past including Fedex two weeks ago! Fed up as I haven’t heard from them so waiting in another day. Fed up!”

Hello Mr Bateman, Thank you for taking your time to leave a review. I am sorry FedEx did not deliver on the 29th as expected. Following on from your email on the 29th I called FedEx to see why the parcel was not delivered, they advised that the driver was new to your area and struggled to locate the property in the dark. The parcel was put back out for delivery on the 30th, which i can see was signed for around 5pm, with help from the additional information you provided. I hope all is now resolved. “Great lights; much brighter and better quality than other 30W LEDs. I've also 3 x 20Ws which I'm delighted with. Great company and exceedingly helpful when I ordered lamps with the wrong fitting and had to change them. Recommend both products and company.”
