“I ordered items on a Sunday and the website implied that by paying extra for delivery I could get the items the next day. The items didn't arrive until Tuesday and I wasn't sent a tracking number as I was told I would be in one of their emails. Otherwise, all OK.”

“Bulb's look great in the lights we had purchased. One bulb had a manufacturing fault which meant it didn't screw correctly into the bulb holder. After a quick phone call and sending a couple of photographs a replacement was sent out the same day. Cannot fault Lampshop Online for their excellent customer service.”
