“OK, I must admit to looking elsewhere for something similar but in the end chose LampsOnLine. The on-line ordering, as you would expect these days, went without a hitch and delivery arrived the very next day by FedEx. OK, there was a few moments of annoyance and despair when the product I received did not match the description of what I ordered or was expecting from the image on their website. I spoke with someone in customer services who advised that the product I had - a 40w LED Batten described as a Twin - was the new version of the fitting and does NOT look as though it's a twin at all - in fact completely unlike the one I'd bought at far more cost from Wickes the previous couple of days - which definitely did look like an 'old fluorescent twin' fitting even if it was an LED batten. So I wired them up, the wire restraints on these being infinitely superior to the Wickes one, and the light output was just as bright as the Wickes one. So, good product, good service, great price, they just need to ensure the image on their website looks like the one you are getting. But I'd buy them again as they're great - my garage has never been as well lit and I can now see all those things I thought I'd lost!”
