“Had an unfortunate experience when the lamps were delivered as both were damaged even though the packaging was unmarked. Rang Lampshop on Line and was very pleased to say that they did not question my call. They immediately responded and sent 2 new lamps which arrived the next day ! Wonderful customer service. Highly recommend and will definitely use them again. So refreshing in this day and age.”
