“I contacted this company by phone to begin with as i needed some advice as to which product i required as i was having difficulty sourcing the one i wanted. After sveral unsuccesful calls to other companies Lampshop online were straight onto my issue and explained the product i was trying to source no longer existed. They told me the alternative i should buy . I was a little hesitant to order as i was not sure if the 3ft LED Tibe would arrive intact. Well not only did it arrive in tact, via Fed Ex , it was really well packaged and arrived a day early. Superb transaction. Thank you Lampshop online.”
