“My old twin 4ft flouresent tubes failed in the kitchen. Searching for replacements led me to discover that they could be replaced with LED ones. However many offered were expensive and most were only available in a cold colour tempreature. Then I came upon these Bright Source ones, cheaper than most, available with warm light and with lower shipping cost than competitors. They arrived in a well protected box with the replacement 'starters' Fitting was easy and I am very pleased with the light output.”

“The product is fine. Things that the web page doesn't say: (a) An LED-compatible "starter" is included (in the photo but not mentioned in the text) (b) Drop-in replacement for fluorescent tube in fitting with old-fashioned magnetic ballast -- they were here when we moved in 37 years ago. Instructions in the box for electronic ballast which needs disconnecting, not applicable in my case. I thought I would be OK with the starter because you can't buy them separately.”
