“Ordered 2, 1 was working other one was faulty. Have rang three times in the past month to get this resolved and promised twice a replacement would be sent out without nothing happening. Really poor service”

Hi Yagnesh, we have indeed issued you a replacement on the 12th however i have just tracked this and its states the parcel has been damaged and returned to us. This has yest to be reported to us, but i can see this is the case personally. apologies for this! In my experience i have not come across a T5 tube that doesn't work on its own accord. There is a ballast in the fitting that runs the tube which in most cases is the problem if the tubes not lighting up. I would try the one that is working in the other fitting that is not and see if it works. If not then the ballast is faulty in that fitting and not the tube at fault. drop me an email with the outcome and i'll send a replacement if needs be again. Hope this helps rob@lampshoponline.com
