“I haven’t had time to install the lamp yet but Lampshop responded very quickly and helpfully- quickly sending me what appears to be a good replacement. The only reason for 4 stars not 5 is that they only had cool white in stock but, in fairness, it’s an unusual lamp. Excellent service again - last time everything was perfect!”
