“I ordered two. Noticed poor packaging - no bubble wrap, just the tubes in their flimsy light cardboard manufacturer packing shoved into a poor quality envelope. Both arrived broken. One doesn't work, the other is physically smashed - I nearly cut myself removing it from its box. Complete waste of money, on top of the p & p. Wasted my money. Who on earth at Lampshoponline - specialists - imagined the products would survive mail handling in inadequate packaging. Common sense, nevermind alleged specialists!!!”

“I was worried that I wouldn't be able to find a replacement bulb for a useful lamp, but happily found the Lampshop online. Very clear catalogue & descriptions made it easy to locate the item I wanted. Excellent price, (so I ordered two!) Very prompt service, would definitely recommend.”
