“Purchased a lamp - arrived on time but initially thought it was faulty, fed this back and another was shipped and arrived on time again, only to find it was not the lamp that was faulty but a broken switch. my conscience got the better of me I told them if they wished to bill me for the second lamp I would be ok with that. They said no problem just keep the lamp as a spare............WHAT A GREAT COMPANY TO DEAL WITH!!!”
