“I was disappointed to find out that after placing my order they were out of stock of my particular lamp. Their contact was good explaining when they expected the next delivery. However, the next working day after the delivery should have been with them, I had to chase to see if the lamps had arrived. I was told that my order had left them and that they would send me a tracker, which was never sent. Chased them again 3 days later to be told that the order was due to be delivered that day and they would send me the tracker to show that. They did and it arrived and the lamps were what I wanted and they worked.”
