“Not much to say about the product. It was a replica of the old bulb that was fitted and it works. Can't comment on the longevity of the product; the previous bulb lasted 8+ years so maybe in a few years we can review again. As to the delivery of the product; I was very impressed with the speed and quality of the packaging that the bulb came in which ensured that the product was not damaged (should be a given though I guess). I was unable to find this make and model locally and felt the delivery cost was worth the time I'd spend looking further. Was nice to receive a follow up call from the sales team at LampShopOnline. Although clearly looking for repeat custom the chap I spoke to was not pushy like some other companies and just enquired about my usage and potential to order further bulbs; offering help if I needed to do so. Would recommend if you can't find similar product locally or if you're not fussed about the delivery cost.”
