“Ordered bulbs two days ago, paid for next day delivery. Did not come. Called they blamed it on Fed ex but it didn’t show leaving warehouse no tracking. Said it would be reshipped has not arrived and no message of it being shipped. Have forklift rented to install still waiting”

“Excellent customer service, one of the bulbs was smashed during delivery, I contacted the supplier and a replacement was sent straight away.”
